The Truth About Egg Yolks

Egg yolks are good for you!

Many people throw away the egg yolk because they think that's where "all the nasty fat and cholesterol is". This is a perfect example of how confused most people are about nutrition.

In a world full of misinformation, somehow most people now mistakenly think that the egg yolk is the worst part of the egg, when in fact, the YOLK IS THE HEALTHIEST PART OF THE EGG !

By throwing out the yolk and only eating egg whites, you're essentially throwing out the most nutrient dense, antioxidant- rich, vitamin and mineral loaded portion of the egg. The yolks contain so many B-vitamins, trace minerals, vitamin A, folate, choline, lutein, and other powerful nutrients.... ..it's futile, trying to list them all.

In fact, the egg whites are almost devoid of nutrition compared to the yolk. Even the protein in egg whites isn't as powerful, without the yolks to balance out the amino acid profile and make the protein more bio-available. Not to even mention that the egg yolks from free range chickens are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids. Yolks contain more than 90% of the calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, thiamin, B6, folate, and B12, and pantothenic acid of the egg. In addition, the yolks contain all of the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K in the egg, as well as all of the essential fatty acids.

And now the common objection all the time when we say that the yolks are the most nutritious part of the egg..."But I heard that whole eggs will skyrocket my cholesterol through the roof ." No, this is FALSE!

First of all, when you eat a food that contains a high amount of dietary cholesterol such as eggs, your body down-regulates it's internal production of cholesterol to balance things out. On the other hand, if you don't eat enough cholesterol, your body simply produces more, since cholesterol has tons of important functions in the body.

And here's where it gets even more interesting. ..There are indications that eating whole eggs actually raises your good HDL cholesterol to a higher degree than LDL cholesterol, thereby improving your overall cholesterol ratio and blood chemistry.

And 3rd.... high cholesterol is NOT a disease! Heart disease is a disease...but high cholesterol is NOT.

You can read the following article about why trying to attack cholesterol is a mistake, and what the REAL deadly risk factors actually are...

So, it is established that whole eggs are not some evil food that will wreck your body... instead whole eggs are FAR superior to egg whites.

Also, the normal supermarket eggs coming from mass factory farming just don't compare nutritionally with organic free range eggs from healthy chickens that are allowed to roam freely and eat a more natural diet.

A recent comparison of eggs bought at the grocery store with a batch of eggs from a farm stand where the chickens were free roaming and healthy revealed that most people don't realize that there's a major difference because they've never bought real eggs from healthy chickens... The eggs from the grocery store had pale yellow yolks. On the other hand, the healthier free range eggs had deep orange colored yolks indicating much higher nutrition levels and carotenoids.

So next time a health or fitness professional tells you that egg whites are superior, you can quietly ignore their advice, knowing that you understand the REAL deal about egg yolks.

One more thing about eggs...a study recently that compared groups of people that ate egg breakfasts vs groups of people that ate cereal or bagel based breakfasts. The results of the study showed that the egg eaters lost or maintained a healthier body weight, while the cereal/bagel eaters gained weight.

It was hypothesized that the egg eaters actually ate less calories during the remainder of the day because their appetite was more satisfied compared to the cereal/bagel eaters who would have been more prone to wild blood sugar swings and food cravings!

Heart Surgeon Admits Huge Mistake ! - Without inflammation, cholesterol would not accumulate in wall of blood vessel and cause heart disease

Subject : Without inflammation, cholesterol would not accumulate in
wall of blood vessel and cause heart disease

By Dwight Lundell, MD

We physicians with all our training, knowledge and authority often
acquire a rather large ego that tends to make it difficult to admit we
are wrong.

So, here it is. I freely admit to being wrong. As a heart surgeon
with 25 years experience, having performed over 5,000 open-heart
surgeries, today is my day to right the wrong with medical and
scientific fact.

I trained for many years with other prominent physicians labeled
“opinion makers.” Bombarded with scientific literature, continually
attending education seminars, we opinion makers insisted heart disease
resulted from the simple fact of elevated blood cholesterol.

The only accepted therapy was prescribing medications to lower
cholesterol and a diet that severely restricted fat intake. The
latter of course we insisted would lower cholesterol and heart
disease. Deviations from these recommendations were considered heresy
and could quite possibly result in malpractice.

It Is Not Working !

These recommendations are no longer scientifically or morally defensible.
The discovery a few years ago that inflammation in the artery wall is
the real cause of heart disease is slowly leading to a paradigm shift
in how heart disease and other chronic ailments will be treated.

The long-established dietary recommendations have created epidemics of
obesity and diabetes, the consequences of which dwarf any historical
plague in terms of mortality, human suffering and dire economic
consequences.

Despite the fact that 25% of the population takes expensive statin
medications and despite the fact we have reduced the fat content of
our diets, more Americans will die this year of heart disease than
ever before.

Statistics from the American Heart Association show that 75 million
Americans currently suffer from heart disease, 20 million have
diabetes and 57 million have pre-diabetes. These disorders are
affecting younger and younger people in greater numbers every year.

Simply stated, without inflammation being present in the body, there
is no way that cholesterol would accumulate in the wall of the blood
vessel and cause heart disease and strokes. Without inflammation,
cholesterol would move freely throughout the body as nature intended.
It is inflammation that causes cholesterol to become trapped.

Inflammation is not complicated -- it is quite simply your body's
natural defense to a foreign invader such as a bacteria, toxin or
virus. The cycle of inflammation is perfect in how it protects your
body from these bacterial and viral invaders. However, if we
chronically expose the body to injury by toxins or foods the human
body was never designed to process, a condition occurs called chronic
inflammation. Chronic inflammation is just as harmful as acute
inflammation is beneficial.

What thoughtful person would willfully expose himself repeatedly to
foods or other substances that are known to cause injury to the body?
Well, smokers perhaps, but at least they made that choice willfully.

The rest of us have simply followed the recommended mainstream diet
that is low in fat and high in polyunsaturated fats and carbohydrates,
not knowing we were causing repeated injury to our blood vessels. This
repeated injury creates chronic inflammation leading to heart disease,
stroke, diabetes and obesity. Let me repeat that. The injury and
inflammation in our blood vessels is caused by the low fat diet that has
been recommended for years by mainstream medicine.

What are the biggest culprits of chronic inflammation? Quite simply,
they are the overload of simple, highly processed carbohydrates
(sugar, flour and all the products made from them) and the excess
consumption of omega-6 vegetable oils like soybean, corn and sunflower
that are found in many processed foods.

Take a moment to visualize rubbing a stiff brush repeatedly over soft
skin until it becomes quite red and nearly bleeding. Let’s say you
kept this up several times a day, every day for five years. If you
could tolerate this painful brushing, you would have a bleeding,
swollen infected area that became worse with each repeated injury.
This is a good way to visualize the inflammatory process that could be
going on in your body right now.

Regardless of where the inflammatory process occurs, externally or
internally, it is the same. I have peered inside thousands upon thousands
of arteries. A diseased artery looks as if someone took a brush and
scrubbed repeatedly against its wall. Several times a day, every day,
the foods we eat create small injuries compounding into more injuries,
causing the body to respond continuously and appropriately with
inflammation.

While we savor the tantalizing taste of a sweet roll, our bodies respond
alarmingly as if a foreign invader arrived declaring war. Foods loaded
with sugars and simple carbohydrates, or processed with omega-6 oils
for long shelf life have been the mainstay of the American diet for
six decades. These foods have been slowly poisoning everyone.

How does eating a simple sweet roll create a cascade of inflammation to
make you sick ?

Imagine spilling syrup on your keyboard and you have a visual of what
occurs inside the cell. When we consume simple carbohydrates such as
sugar, blood sugar rises rapidly. In response, your pancreas secretes
insulin whose primary purpose is to drive sugar into each cell where
it is stored for energy. If the cell is full and does not need
glucose, it is rejected to avoid extra sugar gumming up the works.

When your full cells reject the extra glucose, blood sugar rises
producing more insulin and the glucose converts to stored fat.

What does all this have to do with inflammation? Blood sugar is
controlled in a very narrow range. Extra sugar molecules attach to a
variety of proteins that in turn injure the blood vessel wall. This
repeated injury to the blood vessel wall sets off inflammation. When
you spike your blood sugar level several times a day, every day, it is
exactly like taking sandpaper to the inside of your delicate blood
vessels.

While you may not be able to see it, rest assured it is there. I saw it in
over 5,000 surgical patients spanning 25 years who all shared one
common denominator — inflammation in their arteries.

Let’s get back to the sweet roll. That innocent looking goody not only
contains sugars, it is baked in one of many omega-6 oils such as soybean.
Chips and fries are soaked in soybean oil; processed foods are
manufactured with omega-6 oils for longer shelf life. While omega-6’s
are essential –they are part of every cell membrane controlling what
goes in and out of the cell — they must be in the correct balance with
omega-3’s.

If the balance shifts by consuming excessive omega-6, the cell
membrane produces chemicals called cytokines that directly cause
inflammation.

Today’s mainstream American diet has produced an extreme imbalance of
these two fats. The ratio of imbalance ranges from 15:1 to as high as
30:1 in favor of omega-6. That’s a tremendous amount of cytokines
causing inflammation. In today’s food environment, a 3:1 ratio would
be optimal and healthy.

To make matters worse, the excess weight you are carrying from eating
these foods creates overloaded fat cells that pour out large
quantities of pro-inflammatory chemicals that add to the injury caused
by having high blood sugar. The process that began with a sweet roll
turns into a vicious cycle over time that creates heart disease, high
blood pressure, diabetes and finally, Alzheimer’s disease, as the
inflammatory process continues unabated.

There is no escaping the fact that the more we consume prepared and
processed foods, the more we trip the inflammation switch little by
little each day. The human body cannot process, nor was it designed to
consume, foods packed with sugars and soaked in omega-6 oils.

There is but one answer to quieting inflammation, and that is
returning to foods closer to their natural state. To build muscle, eat
more protein.

Choose carbohydrates that are very complex such as colorful fruits and
vegetables. Cut down on or eliminate inflammation- causing omega-6 fats
like corn and soybean oil and the processed foods that are made from
them.

One tablespoon of corn oil contains 7,280 mg of omega-6; soybean
contains 6,940 mg. Instead, use olive oil or butter from grass-fed
beef.

Animal fats contain less than 20% omega-6 and are much less likely to
cause inflammation than the supposedly healthy oils labeled
polyunsaturated. Forget the “science” that has been drummed into your
head for decades. The science that saturated fat alone causes heart
disease is non-existent. The science that saturated fat raises blood
cholesterol is also very weak. Since we now know that cholesterol is
not the cause of heart disease, the concern about saturated fat is
even more absurd today.

The cholesterol theory led to the no-fat, low-fat recommendations that
in turn created the very foods now causing an epidemic of inflammation.

Mainstream medicine made a terrible mistake when it advised people to
avoid saturated fat in favor of foods high in omega-6 fats. We now
have an epidemic of arterial inflammation leading to heart disease and
other silent killers.

What you can do is choose whole foods your grandmother served and not
those your mom turned to as grocery store aisles filled with
manufactured foods. By eliminating inflammatory foods and adding
essential nutrients from fresh unprocessed food, you will reverse
years of damage in your arteries and throughout your body from
consuming the typical American diet.

Can Fellatio Decrease The Risk Of Breast Cancer In Women?

Can Fellatio Decrease The Risk Of Breast Cancer In Women? Yes, according to North Carolina State University.

Women who perform the act of fellatio and swallow semen on a regular basis, one to two times a week, may reduce their risk of breast cancer by up to 40 percent, a North Carolina State University study found. Doctors had never suspected a link between the act of fellatio and breast cancer, but new research being performed at North Carolina State University is starting to suggest that there could be an important link between the two.

In a study of over 15,000 women suspected of having performed regular fellatio and swallowed the ejaculatory fluid, over the past ten years, the researchers found that those actually having performed the act regularly, one to two times a week, had a lower occurrence of breast cancer than those who had not. There was no increased risk, however, for those who did not regularly perform. "I think it removes the last shade of doubt that fellatio is actually a healthy act," said Dr. A.J. Kramer of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, who was not involved in the research.

"I am surprised by these findings, but am also excited that the researchers may have discovered a relatively easy way to lower the occurance of breast cancer in women."

The University researchers stressed that, though breast cancer is relatively
uncommon, any steps taken to reduce the risk would be a wise decision.
"Only with regular occurrence will your chances be reduced, so I encourage all women out there to make fellatio an important part of their daily routine," said Dr. Helena Shifteer, one of the researchers at the University. "Since the
emergence of the research, I try to fellate at least once every other night to reduce my chances."

The study is reported in Friday's Journal of Medical Research.
In 1991, 43,582 women died of breast cancer, as reported by the National Cancer Institute. Dr. Len Lictepeen, deputy chief medical officer for the American Cancer Society, said women should not overlook or "play down" these findings. "This will hopefully change women's practice and patterns, resulting in a severe drop in the future number of cases," Lictepeen said.
Sooner said the research shows no increase in the risk of breast cancer in those who are, for whatever reason, not able to fellate regularly.

"There's definitely fertile ground for more research. Many have stepped forward to volunteer for related research now in the planning stages," he said.
Almost every woman is, at some point, going to perform the act of fellatio, but it is the frequency at which this event occurs that makes the difference, say researchers. Also key seems to be the protein and enzyme count in the semen, but researchers are again waiting for more test data.

The research consisted of two groups, 6,246 women ages 25 to 45 who had
performed fellatio and swallowed on a regular basis over the past five to ten years, and 9,728 women who had not or did not swallow. The group of women who had Try MONEY Magazine performed and swallowed had a breast cancer rate of 1.9 percent and the group who had not had a breast cancer rate of 10.4 percent. "The findings do suggest that there are other causes for breast cancer besides the absence of regular fellatio," Shafteer said. "It's a cause, not THE cause."

What Is An Aortic Aneurysm?

Aortic aneurysms often develop silently over time. If they rupture, they can cause life-threatening internal bleeding.

Smoking increases aneurysm risk. A recent study suggests women who smoke have 8 times the risk of an abdominal aortic aneurysm rupture or surgery compared to nonsmokers. So, if you smoke, learn how to quit.

But what's an aortic aneurysm?

An aortic aneurysm is the dilation, bulging or ballooning out of part of the wall of the aorta, the artery through which blood flows out of the heart to the body. Aneurysms may occur along the length of the aorta as it runs from the heart, through the chest and down through the abdomen. Aneurysms that occur in the abdomen are known as abdominal aortic aneurysms, and aneurysms that occur in the chest are known as thoracic aortic aneurysms. Both are considered very dangerous conditions and require careful monitoring and sometimes medication or surgical therapy.

Eat for Energy

Avoid Sugary Snacks Especially During Mid-Day

The common energy slump in the afternoon can be made worse with the effects of sugar. Although you may feel a quick boost of energy with a regular soda or other sugary item, the effects are short-lived since sugar is metabolized quickly leaving you feeling as tired or more tired than before the sugar. Foods with naturally occurring sugars like fruit or dairy products are good choices since they usually have fiber or protein, which slows the release of sugar in your body and provides a more sustained form of energy.

Drink Enough Fluid During the Day

Being dehydrated can cause feelings of fatigue. For most people, a good gauge is to drink when you feel thirsty. Be sure to drink a little more when you exercise, when the weather is hot or if you eat a high fiber diet. Take a drink of water when you pass by a water fountain or keep a cup or bottle of water handy and try to finish it by a certain time each day. Be careful not to drink too late in the evening or you might disrupt your sleep to go to the restroom!

Monitor Late Night Eating

Eating at night may be your body's way of trying to get energy to keep going when it would rather just go to sleep. The allure of staying up when everyone else is asleep and the world is quiet so you can finish just one more thing is a trap. We are much less effective and less productive when we are worn out and exhausted from the day or from the week. It would be better to simply go to bed and wake up feeling more refreshed and able to take on the tasks of the day. No food or energy product is going to make up for lost sleep. When we rest we feel better physically and emotionally and are more productive in less time.

How To Treat High Blood Pressure?

According to recent estimates, nearly 1-in-3 American adults has high blood pressure. But for the Kuna Indians living on a group of islands off the Caribbean coast of Panama , hypertension doesn't even exist. In fact, after age 60, the average blood pressure for Kuna Indian islanders is a perfect 110/70.

Is it because they eat less salt? No. Kuna Indians eat as much, if not more salt, than people in the U.S.

Is it due to their genes? No. Kuna Indians who move away from the islands are just as likely to suffer from high blood pressure as anyone else!

So what makes these folks practically "immune" to hypertension -- and lets them enjoy much lower death rates from heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, and cancer?

Harvard researchers were stunned to discover it's because they drink about 5 cups of cocoa each day. That's right, cocoa!

Studies show the flavonols in cocoa stimulate your body's production of nitric oxide -- boosting blood flow to your heart, brain, and other organs. In fact, one study found cocoa thins your blood just as well as low-dose aspirin!

But that's not all. A Harvard Medical School professor claims cocoa can also treat blocked arteries, congestive heart failure, stroke, dementia, even impotence!

Rice Water and Diarrhoea

The advantage of using rice water is that rice is cooked daily in South East Asia.

In South East Asia, rice is prepared in two ways - to produce either dry, cooked rice or, with extra water, rice porridge. This leaves a fluid (rice water) on top of the cooked rice grains.

Professor Wong Hock Boon, a paediatrician working in Singapore, has been using rice water to rehydrate babies for several years. If the babies are bottle-fed rice water is given exclusively for the first 24 hours of treatment - breastfeeding can continue as normal (1). Professor Wong and his colleagues have found that many babies who have not responded to other rehydration solutions respond well to rice water. If diarrhoea starts again with the re-introduction of milk, extra rice water is given with additional rice porridge. Older babies are sometimes given rice porridge alone.

Confirmed cases of H1N1 virus approach 900

(CNN) -- The World Health Organization cautioned that the swine flu outbreak could gain momentum in the months ahead, despite claims by the health secretary of Mexico -- the epicenter of the outbreak -- that the virus "is in its declining phase."

The outbreak is only about 10 days old, and even if the illness is declining, it could return, said Gregory Hartl, the WHO spokesman for epidemic and pandemic diseases, at a briefing Sunday.

"I ... would like to remind people that in 1918 the Spanish flu showed a surge in the spring, and then disappeared in the summer months, only to return in the autumn of 1918 with a vengeance," Hartl said. "And we know that that eventually killed 40 million to 50 million people."

Mexican authorities believe the virus's most active period in Mexico was between April 23 and April 28, and Mexican Health Secretary Jose Cordova described the outbreak as being in decline in his country.

As of late Sunday, Mexican health officials reported 568 cases and 22 fatalities linked to the flu. WHO says it has confirmed 506 cases and 19 deaths in Mexico .

The world has 898 confirmed cases of the virus, known to scientists H1N1 virus, in a total of 18 countries, WHO said Sunday.

The United States has reported 226 confirmed cases in 30 states. The U.S. cases include one death -- a Mexican toddler visiting relatives in the United States .

According to WHO, Canada has 70 confirmed cases; the United Kingdom has 15; Spain has 13; Germany has 6; New Zealand has 4; Israel has 3; France has 2; and Austria, China, South Korea, Denmark, Netherlands, Switzerland, Costa Rica and Ireland each have one.

In China , officials have quarantined 68 people, including 13 crew members, who were passengers of a Mexico City to Shanghai flight, which carried a passenger who tested positive for the virus, China 's state-run Xinhua news agency reported Sunday. None of the other passengers has exhibited any flu-like symptoms, one health official said.

About another 110 people who were on the Aeromexico plane went on to other destinations, and may face quarantines elsewhere, the news agency said. Fifteen have been quarantined at a Beijing hotel.

Shanghai's airport is now barring other Aeromexico planes from landing there, a representative of the airline told CNN. Aeromexico is suspending flights to Shanghai until May 15, the representative said. The airline does not fly to Hong Kong or Beijing .

In the United States , New York has the most confirmed cases, with 63, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Texas has 40; California has 26; Arizona 18; South Carolina 15; Delaware 10; Massachusetts and New Jersey each have seven; Colorado has four; Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Virginia, Wisconsin each have three; Connecticut, Kansas and Michigan each have two; Alabama, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Tennessee and Utah each have one.

California officials suspended visitation and other "nonessential activities" at Centinela State Prison in Imperial County after an inmate was suspected of having swine flu. The case has yet to be confirmed with lab testing.

On Sunday, health officials in North Carolina and Pennsylvania announced the first confirmed cases in those states, and Louisiana 's governor said his state had seven confirmed cases. The cases from those three states were not immediately included in the CDC tally.

In Washington , U.S. Secretary of Health Kathleen Sebelius, appearing on CNN's "State of the Union ," warned that even if the flu outbreak wanes, "it could come back with greater force in the winter and fall, when we get into flu season."

"So, this is no time for complacency," she said. "We want to stay out ahead of this."

Dr. Anne Schuchat, the CDC's interim deputy director for public health, told reporters Sunday that she was "heartened" by Mexican authorities' reports but still is "very cautious."

"I know that influenza can be surprising, and the time course here in the United States is later. We believe we're just on the upswing here, and in several parts of Mexico , cases began quite a while ago," Schuchat said.

"From what I know about influenza, I do expect more cases, more severe cases and I do expect more deaths," she added. "And I'm particularly concerned about what will happen in the fall."

Acting CDC Director Richard Besser, also speaking on "State of the Union," said U.S. health officials are examining whether people who received flu shots for the swine flu in 1976 may have some level of protection from the current swine flu.

"That's going to play in very, very big as we move forward with our plans around vaccines, because that may help guide some of the issues around who is most at risk at getting this in the future," Besser said.

Offering a general picture of the state of U.S. efforts to combat the virus, Besser said "there are encouraging signs."

"We're not out of the woods yet," he said. "But what we've learned about the virus itself -- it doesn't contain the factors that we know are seen in much more severe flu strains."

While the new virus strain in the recent outbreak has affected humans, Canadian officials said it has shown up at a pig farm in Alberta , Canada .

Officials said the pigs may have been infected by a Canadian farmer who recently returned from a trip to Mexico , the epicenter of the outbreak. The pigs have since been quarantined.

"We have determined that the virus H1N1, found in these pigs, is the virus which is being tracked in the human population," said Dr. Brian Evans of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. iReport.com: How should H1N1 be handled?

Evans and other officials said it is not uncommon for flu viruses to jump from humans to animals, and that it does not pose a risk for consuming pork. The number of pigs infected was not disclosed.

The infected farmer had flu-like symptoms, but he is recovering, Evans said.

Papaya Juice - Cure for Dengue

Please read about this interesting discovery from a boy who has just recovered from dengue fever. Apparently, his son was in the critical stage at the ICU when his blood platelet count drops to 15 after 15 liters of blood transfusion.

His father was so worried that he seeks another friend's recommendation and his son was saved. He confessed to me that he gave his son raw juice of the papaya leaves. From a platelet count of 45 after 20 liters of blood transfusion, and after drinking the raw papaya leaf juice, his platelet count jumps instantly to 135. Even the doctors and nurses were surprised. After the second day he was discharged. So he asked me to pass this good news around.

Accordingly it is raw papaya leaves, 2pcs just cleaned and pound and squeeze with filter cloth. You will only get one tablespoon per leaf. So two tablespoon per serving once a day. Do not boil or cook or rinse with hot water, it will lose its strength. Only the leafy part and no stem or sap. It is very bitter but works.

Papaya juice has been reported to be a natural cure for dengue fever.

A friend of mine had dengue last year. It was a very serious situation for her as her platelet count had dropped to 28,000 after 3 days in hospital and water has started to fill up her lung.. She had difficulty in breathing. She was only 32-year old. Doctor says there's no cure for dengue. We just have to wait for her body immune system to build up resistance against dengue and fight its own battle. She already had 2 blood transfusion and all of us were praying very hard as her platelet continued to drop since the first day she was admitted.

Fortunately her mother-in-law heard that papaya juice would help to reduce the fever and got some papaya leaves, pounded them and squeeze the juice out for her. The next day, her platelet count started to increase, her fever subside. We continued to feed her with papaya juice and she recovered after 3 days!!!

Amazing but it's true. It's believed one's body would be overheated when one is down with dengue and that also caused the patient to have fever papaya juice has cooling effect. Thus, it helps to reduce the level of heat in one's body, thus the fever will go away. I found that it's also good when one is having sore throat or suffering from heat.

Please spread the news about this as lately there are many dengue cases. It's great if such natural cure could help to ease the sufferings of dengue patients.

Furthermore it's so easily available. Blend them and squeeze the juice! It's simple and miraculously effective!!

Why keep aspirin by your bedside?

There are other symptoms of an heart attack besides the pain on the left arm.

One must also be aware of an intense pain on the chin , as well as
nausea and lots of sweating , however these symptoms may also occur
less frequently.

Note : There may be no pain in the chest during a heart attack.

The majority of people (about 60%) who had an heart attack during
their sleep, did not wake up. However, if it occurs, the chest pain
may wake you up from your deep sleep..

If that happens, immediately dissolve two aspirins in your mouth and
swallow them with a bit of water.

Afterwards
- phone a neighbor or a family member who lives very close by
- say "heart attack!"
- say that you have taken 2 aspirins .
- take a seat on a chair or sofa near the front door, and wait for
their arrival and ...
~ do NOT lie down ~
